Thank you for visiting e-familytherapy and taking the time to research this important decision. My name is Deena Eastern, and my practice is located in Bellevue, Washington. Having received training in multiple therapeutic approaches, I draw from evidence-based practices to create an approach that is tailored to your individual needs and concerns. As a therapist, I strive to build therapeutic relationships founded on connection, understanding, acceptance, and compassion.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University and have enjoyed helping people through volunteer work and in the counseling profession for over 20 years. Throughout my training and experience, I have developed a variety of tools and skills that inform the therapeutic process and help us work collaboratively to identify meaningful goals, explore challenges, and move toward positive change.
